Spam dies on the server. Before it ever reaches your inbox.
Sub-headline:
Wolf Mail Shield connects straight to your mail server, shows you everything that’s trying to get in, and lets you wash the junk away with one click — deleted for good, or bounced back to the sender so they drop your address. No subscription. No new mail program. Just a quieter inbox.

THE PROBLEM
Your inbox shouldn’t feel like a mailbox in a bad neighbourhood.
- The flood — Half of what arrives isn’t even addressed to a human. Scams, phishing, “final notice”, fake invoices — all day, every day.
- The close calls — One good-looking fake email is all it takes. The “From” name says your bank. The real sender? A server farm you’ve never heard of.
- The chore — So you play janitor. Open, judge, delete. Open, judge, delete. Hundreds of times a month — in a mail program that already downloaded the lot.
THE SOLUTION
Meet the wolf that guards your inbox.
Wolf Mail Shield screens your mail on the server, before your mail program ever sees it. Three steps. That’s the whole app:
- Click Check Mail. The wolf pulls the list straight off the server — and flags the fakes, the spam, and the impersonators.
- Put a 🗑 beside anything you never wanted, or a ↩ beside anything worth bouncing back to sender.
- One click. The junk is removed from the server itself — whoosh — and it never comes back. Your real mail sails straight through to Outlook, Thunderbird or Windows Mail.
FEATURE GRID
Built like a guard dog. Behaves like a butler.
- Server-side removal — junk is deleted on the mail server, not in your program. It never downloads, never syncs to your phone, never exists for you.
- Real bounces — unwanted mail gets a genuine-looking “550 user unknown” non-delivery report sent back to the sender, then your address gets quieter.
- True Sender forensics — see who really sent each message, with SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks and impersonation warnings (“PayPal… from @scam-mail.ru?”).
- Quarantine recycle bin — washed mail is kept in a bin until you’re sure. Restore anything with one click.
- Automatic checks — every 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes, silently. New mail announces itself — in stereo.
- 18 sound effects — from the signature Wolf Howl to the Power Whoosh that plays when the wash cycle runs. Yes, there’s a Test button.
- Dark & light themes — roomy reading pane, sortable draggable columns, and it remembers your window size.
- One-click install — a single file. No account to create, no cloud, no telemetry. Your passwords stay encrypted on your PC.
SOUND SHOWCASE
The only spam filter you can hear working.
Every new arrival and every successful wash gets a sound. Pick your pack’s voice:
🔊 Wolf Howl 🔊 Aurora Shimmer 🔊 Power Whoosh 🔊 Wave Crash
(Embed the four audio players here — files ship with the app: wolf.wav, aurora.wav, power_whoosh.wav, wave.wav)
Set them in Settings → General. Choose Silent if you’re no fun. 🐺
HOW IT WORKS
From first launch to first wash in under five minutes.
- Install — double-click one file. Done before the kettle boils.
- Add your account — server, username, app password. Encrypted on your machine, never uploaded.
- Check Mail — the full list appears: colour-coded threat tiles, real senders, sizes, dates.
- Tick the junk — 🗑 to delete, ↩ to bounce. Untick anything you’re unsure about.
- Wash Mail — confirm, hear the whoosh, watch the count drop. The server now holds only mail you want.
- Let it run — switch on automatic checks and the wolf patrols while you work.

FAQ
Q: Does it replace Outlook / Thunderbird?
A: No — that’s the point. It guards the door; your favorite mail program keeps doing its job, with far less junk behind the door.
Q: Which mail accounts work?
A: Any account with POP3 access (port 995 SSL presets included). Gmail and Outlook.com need a free App Password from the provider — the guide walks you through it.
Q: Is my mail uploaded anywhere?
A: Never. Everything happens on your PC. Passwords are encrypted with a key tied to your machine. No cloud, no telemetry, no account required.
Q: What if I wash something by accident?
A: Washed mail goes to the quarantine bin first. Restore it with one click, any time.
Q: Does deleted mail stay deleted?
A: Yes — removed from the server itself, and the app keeps a permanent record so it can’t sneak back on a later scan.
Q: Mac / Linux?
A: The full one-click experience is Windows-first. The core runs anywhere Python does — ask us about custom deployments.
FINAL CALL TO ACTION
A year from now, your inbox will either be a chore — or a formality.
Every day without a guard is another few hundred junk messages you personally sort through. Give the job to the wolf.
